Availability of cafeteria with minimal charges. Working casuals are more professional than the employees as they never do politics, they won't gossip much, they are actually the backbone of RESIL. Without casuals not even a single so called research associate know nothing with so called engineering degree. The M-M management portal,And the upgradation is good though the employees not even filling the required data. I request the management to give salary/hike to the casuals directly as a bonus instead of hiring toxic people by giving the hard workers money....Read More
