11 Reasons Reshamandi might be a quirkiest place to work (Reshamandi is not for the braines/for the skilled employees) 1. CEO & CTO have no idea what wrong in their organization, they trusted their employees blindly caused the company downfall (These guys have enjoyed investors money left right center/These guys conduct a town halland present the manipulated revenue figures to the employees/They as for suggestions to improve the business and that implements can be seen physically in the dustbins) 2. Secondary core managements are acquired by the people who are associated with CEO, CTO & VPS and these guys design & hire the middle management team members 3. HR dept are best at showcasing that they are best team in the org (The HR head is unfit to her position and do nothing apart getting ready in the office and being invisible when required, she has no skill to head the team then too she is a director of the HR team / The HR team is the busiest team in the organization at present reason they are yet to close & record the FNF for the exited employees / Few of the HR sub dept are skilled labors who are under utilized. 4. Strategy team, Strategy head is good at how to manipulate the data to make things look good for the investors (His team has implemented 0 strategy to improve the current situation/business. 5. Finance guys does multiple payment to the stakeholder and run behind them for the recovery (These guys should have hired financial analyst to avoid the down fall of the revenue). 6. Marketing director has no credibility to be as MD of marketing dept (He is excellent in stalking employees/Most of his sub depts are taken care by most skilled guys) 7 . God knows what the communication lead does and contributes to the organization (His contribution to the business is fake lead generation and to generate lead and opportunities which are of no use/He has a 0 skills to run the team, heard that he is only good at marking attendance) 8. Admin and the facility team is the most loved team in the organization. 10. Middle management guys are stuck & scare of loosing their job they do their job by closing their eyes and mouth. 9. Lower management are well groomed from the top management on how to run a fraudulent activity. - Salary is not paid on time. Since last two month salary is paid after 10th. - Management is arrogant. If you ask questions on salary, bonus CEO gets angry and your days in company are numbered. - Field level employees are targeted. Management never blames P&L owners for the loss or fraud. Each VP is enjoying their time of life seating in AC office of Banglore. - VP feeds false and fabricated info to CEO. She always get away from responsibilities by passing the buck to the other team. - They are firing people who have joined in last two months. - No funding so do not join here. - Investors should check personal bank accounts of business heads and PL owners including their families to know the money siphoned....Read More

- Salary and reimbursement doesn't happen on time.Since last 4 months the salary has not been paid on time. We never know when the company will be closed. - Favouritism. New department head favors her own people in terms of hiring and salary hike. - joined here despite of having bad interview experience with head-hr. - Working hours are not fixed. Sometimes we work 20 hrs a day. No personal time left. - Founders are arrogent. They don't value the experience of talented employees in org. Runs only on cheap politics. they cheat their vendors & other stake holders Upper management & leadership have no leadership qualities . sales team is incapable , they only do fake invoicing which their VP's allow as well to show revenue to investors. Fraud organization. Mayank amd sourav are biggest frauds and going to run away soon with investors money. All of a sudden fired hundreds of people because they were cheating investors and the whole company is a mess. Hope they face the law.

Dislikes

No employee support, no work life balance, zero understanding from reporting and senior panel management. Specially the HR Head, she herself have zero knowledge on software and HR policies. But when you guide or take initiate, she will pull you out of the room. Being HR she use to raise questions on employee behavior, their nature and even on character. She always needs special importance and a person who can walk behind her. No understanding and coordination to HR department, she can easily say anything on the floor.
