I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. good company if one is looking for team lunches, outings, gifts and entertainment. Open door policy in some departments. young crowd. very nice office. Apart from all these nothing is good..

Office politics, no growth if you are a senior.. HR is biased towards some people..CEO is a micro manager, overall it all depends whom you end up with.. that great to work certificate they got is also because of stupid ques that were asked in the questionnaire.. basis those questions any company can get that certificate.. dont go with that.. it is a contractual job for 5 years.. during these 5 years if u learned the art of buttering you will survive or else will be shown the door.....Read More
