- Frequent project delays are common due to the nature of working for RBI. - All government holidays also apply to you - Weekend work is rare, typically occurring once a year. - ReBIT office is conveniently located in Juinagar, making it ideal for Navi Mumbai residents. - Ola/Uber services are readily available while traveling to the RBI office.

- 10% of your salary constitutes variable pay, which will be granted in full if your annual appraisal rating is 4 or above. For ratings of 3 and below, only 85% of the variable pay will be disbursed, with the remaining 15% forfeited. - Additionally, your employment is on a 5-year contract basis. If you manage to remain with organization for this duration, the extension of the subsequent 5-year contract will be contingent on your senior's satisfaction with your conduct.
