REBIT is a subsidiary of a biggest institute that is RBI. And this is the only good thing about the organisation

Dislikes

Very poor management. The CEO is thoroughly confused and very dependent on others. He is like a headless chicken without the HR head and quite a few members from the HR. If you want to survive here then you just need to be obsequious or bootlicker. Terrible organisation. I just hope RBI conducts a thorough Personnel audit for this organisation. Much needed. Such a waste of time organisation.

good company if one is looking for team lunches, outings, gifts and entertainment. Open door policy in some departments. young crowd. very nice office. Apart from all these nothing is good..

Dislikes

Office politics, no growth if you are a senior.. HR is biased towards some people..CEO is a micro manager, overall it all depends whom you end up with.. that great to work certificate they got is also because of stupid ques that were asked in the questionnaire.. basis those questions any company can get that certificate.. dont go with that.. it is a contractual job for 5 years.. during these 5 years if u learned the art of buttering you will survive or else will be shown the door.....Read More

Micro management , contractual agreements for 5 years only , Favouritism are the issue. CEO himself violating many companies rule by hiring his known people by skipping interview process ,and the same is happening at lower level also. Organisation is asking to put resignation if employee's health is not good. You can survive only ifyou are in good book of persons who are closer to CEO or GVP and you are treating well with them , you skills don't work here....Read More

Many projects are stuck in some phase or the other as a result very rarely any new projects come You might have to beg for work initially Salary is not at all competitive with the market
