Sales driven place. Retail sales in very hectic someone is always on your head. They make you 6 days a week plus sunday on month end or if sales target are not met. Basically you would be working 26 days a months here. Operations, marketing and research has normal timings, But Retail Sales wealth counsellor they treat like slaughter pigs.

Nothing Merlyn is worst , she is so insecured about herself and behaves authoritative. Company culture isn't good at all. Not yet all supportive even if you have health issues.

Dislikes

Merlyn is a big problem. She has studied only b.com and is manager because there is no one else. She is a bad manager indeed. Behaves as if she has the most important job in the world but the reality is the job won't make any difference. Until she is there, it won't be good working there.
