Nothing absolutely they have nothing that is exciting in a job.

Dislikes

Zero work-life balance. No corporation standers. Highly toxic environment. No festival offs. Untimely appraisal. Arnab Goswami behaves like a king and treat you like if gulam. No respect to your contribution, hard work, even working long hours 15-16hrs are not at all Acknowledged.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
