About invoice gernate system and editing in the invoice is too much comolicated. I thought the person who should deal the customer all about the things releted i.e invoice, editing, and CN, DN is all in the sales executive end. Easy to handle

I started working at Rentokil PCI in Bangalore East as a Business Development Manager and was placed in the Marathahalli office. The working conditions were disappointing—no drinking water was arranged ( we have to arrange the water for ourselves & ask for reimbursement at the end of the month) , no cleaning, and barely any basic facilities ( no facility manager in place like MNCs, everything we have to take care by ourselves). I raised these issues with HR and the Divisional Manager multiple times, but nothing was ever fixed. At first, I was given enquiry leads to work on, and I managed to bring in some good business. However, since the service planner in Bangalore East had been there for over 10 years, everyone had to respect her more than even the Divisional Manager to get anything done. If we asked her to arrange a service, she would ignore emails and not reply, which caused delays and left customers frustrated. Due to these issues, our branch often lost repeat business from customers. I reported these problems with service quality to HR and Sales Capability department, but instead of helping, they shut down my complaints. Eventually, my branch and divisional managers saw my feedback to HR & Sales Capability Departments as a threat to their branch's reputation infront of the corporate office located in Mumbai. To punish me, they cut off all my enquiry, service, and marketing leads, leaving me with no opportunities to work on but still pressuring me to meet impossible sales targets of 4-5 lakh INR monthly. They even humiliated me on sales calls, calling me a “loser” and making me feel worthless. I finally decided to resign, listing everything that had gone wrong in my resignation letter. If you’re considering a sales job here, avoid the Bangalore East branch at all cost. The work environment is frustrating, with too much internal politics. Moreover never in my life I have worked with this kind of unprofessional people in my 5 years of sales career. Advice to Management The Divisional and Regional Managers responsible for Bangalore East have been in their positions too long like Government employees, treating the branch like their family business. Promotions here happen based on favoritism, not merit. Even technicians are aware of the office politics. The service quality here is poor, and customers would confirm this if surveyed. The Managing Director David Lewis admitted at an annual meeting that Rentokil PCI is losing one in four customers. Instead of relying on acquiring smaller companies like Hi- Care Pest Control to grow, management should listen to employees at ground level and focus on improving customer satisfaction to achieve lasting success....Read More

Leadership is not good, If a client not paid the invoice amount, from manager directly deducting from the employee salary. Full work load pressure no support from any one if anything goes wrong sales person held responsible for everything.

We have corporate office in Mumbai and we have different leave policy for branches they have different type of rules and for corporate office different type of rules. For corporate they are hiring people from outside their is no meaning of IJP even for women's they don't have different policies Saturday having holiday for co and wfhpolicy but for branches they don't have any policy and we are celebrating function with our pocket but in co they have different policies...Read More
