As per my concern growth is slow. The work pressure is high but not for me as i focus on my work not pressure. Some time i realise the politics in team.

On the basis of personal research i would say Hectic sometimes when you are work hard and higher management motivate by words only. Reporting Authority always said you know nothing in my hand and demanding work at all time. That time i feel very poor.
