First of all i would like to say thanks to PCI for given a chance to improve my capability and teach me hard work and time to time generate enthusiasm as well as by good motivation. About the company i would say it is not a place where you work only, Actually it is the place where you enjoy your work as well team members. PCI always believes in service Innovations and team work. As per my concern growth is slow. The work pressure is high but not for me as i focus on my work not pressure. Some time i realise the politics in team.

Work Details

On the basis of personal research i would say Hectic sometimes when you are work hard and higher management motivate by words only. Reporting Authority always said you know nothing in my hand and demanding work at all time. That time i feel very poor.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
