Dislikes

Rentokil initial in own was a good company but after JV with PCI growth has become very slow. Work pressure is very high. I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls or visit client site in the evening & some time late into the night. No family life.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I am solely responsible for all operations related issue. Specially technician reporting, training, complaint handling & closing, procurement, office maintenance etc.
