Dislikes about the company in terms of job security it is very bad and the company's CTO treat the employee not as software Engineer but treats as labourer because they don't see how many task you are doing and delivering but will see how many hours you are sitting on your seat.

Everything from top to bottom. Fraud company policy, before accepting offer letter they will not tell you that you will be in probation period for 3 months. In 3 months if you don't achieve the target they will terminate you. Seniors are too arrogant and they will not support you a bit. They don't want to listen employees problem. Training sessions are the worst I have ever seen. Training manager don't have any knowledge about sales or insurance. Work life balance is second to none.
