There are multiple divisions, -->Engineering, IT, Global support, commercial, Finance & admine Below feedback for Engineering division: Workload load drop is frequent, Frequent change on projects timelines / targets. also attrition rate is high.

2 days holiday. Focus on Diversity is good but just for the sake for diversity hiring is going on. Some members were terrible even basic level.

Dislikes

Individual growth is not good. Complete politics. Even though you perform well, orally they say good but end result is very bad. No visibility for promotions even after highlighting to higher VP level. Top level also do not commit anything even with performance related targets

Nothing at all. Everything there is borderline toxic. The people mostly are toxic and they do politics to survive. Hell for any junior engineer and mid senior engineer.

Dislikes

The toxic culture. Mostly work-life balance is shit there, no one cares about your personal time. A lot of favoritism goes on. The Managers, People's Manager and HRs are mostly not gonna favor anything about you. They only think about squeezing your life out with less salary than industry standard.

Job security is ok . if u be a yes guy to all top people and behave amicably with your manager and HoD u can have a peaceful life. on average u will get somewhere around 5 - 9% hike every year VC also almost 100 % all time. learning is very very less. if you come from a good techno commercial background then here you will forget everything. 100 process for all different works. all of them are totally waste and good for nothing . if you are fresher then don't go. u will not learn anything.

Present senior employees cant accept the higher packages received by lateral joinees. So they try to humiliate people and make them underperform. Excellent working culture.Everythings are good .The behaviour of mangers are excellent .They can identify the knowledge of a person very easily.

As the office is new in Bangalore around 2yrs , so communication facilities is not there and the Linux laptop is very heavy while you are coming in public transport, it's bit difficult and food is costly so you have to bring your own food else a very nice culture... I think They are planning to improving this things soon.
