2 days holiday. Focus on Diversity is good but just for the sake for diversity hiring is going on. Some members were terrible even basic level.

Individual growth is not good. Complete politics. Even though you perform well, orally they say good but end result is very bad. No visibility for promotions even after highlighting to higher VP level. Top level also do not commit anything even with performance related targets

Some departments, Female employees have more enjoyments and less work time compared to most other departments. I could not be in those departments or gender

Good Company for work and having work life balance. Even after short period after joining also got the Appraisal as variable pay on pro rata basis. Learning wise not much and but good work culture.
