For all activities system and procedure available. Job security

Too much of documents which not able to follow. 10 year experienced technicians will get more salary than same years experienced supervisor. Production side engineer and teamleader need to 100% even in lunch and tea break. But shift end they will be questioned like why they are not done their supervisor role. Not focusing on improve sales, focusing on manpower reduction.

Promotions/ Appraisal are biased by managers The person who is working for Manager / GM personally they will get all perks like free work hours, good hike without even working, promotion and skill development The one who works hard gets nothing in return

All are Respectful, Experienced Employees and Staff, Food Providence, Cabs Providence, Rules following, Follow Timely Manner, Supportive & Helpful Co-workers and so on.

Lunch Break Timing is Less(30-Mins), Otherwise Nothing to Says as Dislikes About RNAIPL.

Wrort company,body shop is jail.no increment and no promotion. Only top level people only moved next level .. SSV and above using unwarted words. Mayeru. Arivu iruka. Wrost unwanted words used But here not mentioned.

Learning for quickly all the equipment maintenance and project handling and MEP handling and QMS documents handling.
