Supervisors working like operators 125%. Operators work 70% only. Management knows but don't do anything. Will give pressure to supervisors only.

Wrort company,body shop is jail.no increment and no promotion. Only top level people only moved next level .. SSV and above using unwarted words. Mayeru. Arivu iruka. Wrost unwanted words used But here not mentioned.

In this competitive automobile, others company strategies lie with facelift or inventing new models but convincing customers with the few options of models of car and SUV that lies with Renault, Aftersales service was the only option to keep customer long lasting relationship with the company., It's a good experience where I attended many company calls ,meeting and compitition among the dealer, we were the one in 4th rank out of 45 dealers in East region. Depend upon the dealer where I am working, Investment on spare parts was main concern and being in remote location with various crises among citizen and community usually affect on economy blockage and make late to receive spare parts and everything is depend upon. Dealer principal whether he keeps his employee in good shape conditionally.
