I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Renata is a good firm with better working environment. The problem I felt was about the sallary delaying issue. There is some issue in the top level management and I think the distance between the plant locations is also a huge problem.

There will be proceess are well settled. Company is growing on YOY. For learning of new technologies,it will be better than other plastic injection molding companies.

Dislikes

There's no any work satisfaction. Work life balance for staff is less. Shift start at 8:30am but for leaving time was 10:30 pm,9:30pm. And during audit period it will goes on 1:30am as well. Depends on HOD's. After doing there's no any satisfaction.
