Superviser and the system is not good at all. They prefer only local people. They don't like the outside student is work under him.

It's good company where we can learn technical knowledge and management skills. For Initial career it's a better company where Alhamdulillah I also learnt lots of technical and non technical things which helped me in my career growth in all aspects.

Dislikes

Some improvement require in management to give better facilities to employees. Need better salary increment to improve living life.

Alhamdulillah I started working as a quality engineer in process quality in shift then I got promoted as proceed quality incharge also I was visiting to customer for handling quality issues.
