Colleagues are very friendly nad I love client location staff

I have work 14 to 15 hrs. Straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening sometime late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client.
