Company is very good 5star. But the authorities or high level employers makes it 3 star. Company dont know how to hire deserving candidates. They hire most of studpid persons. Not all but 50% they hire at upper lever are stupids. They make company toxic.That’s it

Work Culture, Ethics, everything is bad in Reliance Retail. There is no means of your Position and Post at which you are appointed. Suppose you are a Outbound Manager, Transport Manager, Inventory Manager or DCM but you will be forced to visit in the market for marketing and increase the sales.
