I'm working from third party in this company, I've no job security in this field, if someone hardworking no one appreciate or promote for that reason, reliance payroll employees can shuffle us on the spot ither the place is far from home they don't care, at one store only 2-3 LPA deployed in first and second shift ok, we can not move anytime from the gate, if there something theft activities going we can't monitor from standing on gate, if anything happen in store all the time store team blaming us for that event we don't have that much manpower...Read More

We don't have job security, anyone can come and fire us on the spot without any reason, their is no process firing us, no paid leaves or bonus, for third party employees, our company paying salary like wages if you are sick and you are at home you don't get paid. And no sick leaves available for employees 😞

Company policy is Good. Management is good but not following 100% , loss prevention associate post company may not give any job security , poor life work balance
