No career growth, appraisals are for name's sake and no clue why a candidate is hired and what is his exact job role. candidates are just filled in for the sake of manpower fulfillment in the teams that to by balancing the cost by mapping them under different managers of different domain. No appreciations and motivation from top management.

Managers are very very bad behaviours of n b2b sector my Manager mr Udaya totta he was zero experience in b2b this fellow disturbing all entered team this kind of people spoil the company reputations

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

The working style is a major problem the senior management is very indecisive and they only want managers who say “ yes sir I can do it for u” they don’t hv a habit of hearing NO…they were known for job security and learning everyday at workplace but there is no job security every 6 months they r companies which r not performing well and need to be closed … instead of opening new stores the whole team is working on closing of stores They ask for business without checking their basics Basic supply and availability of stocks are not available at their stores with POs being raised and no marketing who’s do u think are they going to increase footfalls into their stores It’s run by a leadership team who only understand finance n numbers n money But behind that number there’s the marketing category supply have to do U can sustain easily if u r bosses favourite … u just need to know how to say yes sir It will be done...Read More

HR is not that great. HR is not working for employee based.Just following instructions. Mediclaim insurance money taking too high in CTC. Work from Home facilities not available HR has no proper evaluation for long run employee.depend what respected department evaluate.

RRL exploits it's employees. Only those who roam around mangera chairs receive good grades and appraisals. Whoever is managers favourite gets hike any number of times despite of appraisal cycle. Just doing ones job is not enough, you have to keep highlighting it all the time. Completing 9hrs is mandatory otherwise they deduct your leaves from next year's quota. Saturday working is very common without any compensation or consideration. The pay is very less, you have to earn leaves. No other benefits are there like bonus or something. Poor Support from the management Specially in Hub and Transport Vertical, Full of politics and favorism, RM humiliate employees on various platform, When someone stuck in operation and seeking support from RM, Never get support from the RM Hr know everything but they also evolved in that politics
