Reliance is just a famous name. The only good thing is going in the resume.

Firstly I would start with the work environment. The seniors/ managers are very biased and partial. There is always office politics. I’m one of the person who is an introvert and focused on my own work. Even though the ability to get my work done on time, there was no appreciation but whereas I was just pounded off with more work. If you want to take a medical leave, they will not believe you & will make you work even if you’re sick (even in this Covid phase where we need to be preventive about the infections) There is no incentives/ increments in this company. After completing one year, my boss gave up hopes of increment and when we saw the mail from HR, only 750Rs were increased which is really pathetic. Secondly, about the trainers- they just don’t know anything. No proper training was given & in the process if we went wrong, they would threaten to give us a warning letter. Thirdly- HR’s are very much useless. HR’s are supposed to help the employees but here they will not even pick up your calls if you need any help. They will never reply to your mails. Work Details

My experience was very stressful and caused me mental issues. I had lost my will to live. So much of workload with a less pay. I am currently working in a private company and I am 500% happy and satisfied here.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
