Absolutely disastrous decisions taken by management They take non sense decision and make life of employees hell and then blame it on employees Shuts the business and make employees resign forcefully. RandomDecision taken by management without taking feedback from ground level or mid Level employee No long term plan.. They keep on changing plan every week You can never trust

Everything is organize just need to stick with the process , Team structure and work metrics are very much clear just have to follow the SOP also if someone have worked in Store operations can easily adapt here in any of the department.

All Store running on vendor billing no customer experience NO WOW filling in store. They hire outsider only for showing temporary basis any issus or problem created in cluster first they throw out New joiner.

There is nothing to like about it. Very bad work culture always in time of appraisal company is saying that there is no fund and the company is in loss. Other companies give appraisal in April, and in frustration when the employees leave in the month of may, june, july, august, this company gives appraisal in September and October month to save the money. They prefer rather to hire new employees then to give appraisal. They gave you promotion just for the name, your work load will increase your city will change you move to high cost city but your salary will remains the same. No career growth, appraisals are for name's sake and no clue why a candidate is hired and what is his exact job role. candidates are just filled in for the sake of manpower fulfillment in the teams that to by balancing the cost by mapping them under different managers of different domain. No appreciations and motivation from top management.

The working style is a major problem the senior management is very indecisive and they only want managers who say “ yes sir I can do it for u” they don’t hv a habit of hearing NO…they were known for job security and learning everyday at workplace but there is no job security every 6 months they r companies which r not performing well and need to be closed … instead of opening new stores the whole team is working on closing of stores They ask for business without checking their basics Basic supply and availability of stocks are not available at their stores with POs being raised and no marketing who’s do u think are they going to increase footfalls into their stores It’s run by a leadership team who only understand finance n numbers n money But behind that number there’s the marketing category supply have to do U can sustain easily if u r bosses favourite … u just need to know how to say yes sir It will be done...Read More

RRL exploits it's employees. Only those who roam around mangera chairs receive good grades and appraisals. Whoever is managers favourite gets hike any number of times despite of appraisal cycle. Just doing ones job is not enough, you have to keep highlighting it all the time. Completing 9hrs is mandatory otherwise they deduct your leaves from next year's quota. Saturday working is very common without any compensation or consideration. The pay is very less, you have to earn leaves. No other benefits are there like bonus or something.
