I’ve join on march 2020 & still working jn third party payroll. No increment for this year. Whenever asked for increments to boss he said asked to your contractor, and if going to asked contractor about increments he said asked to your boss. Nobody take proper responsibility. Big partiality between reliance payrolls employees and third party payroll employees. Management just want productivity.

High salary deductions.Toxic work culture.Manager at plant 3 is very rude and unprofessional.very bad experience for new joinees.12 hr shifts.canteen is costly.No fix shift schedule.HR is not so suppportive.
