Reliance is a brand name. Reliance life sciences comes under it. Companies top management at RLS is good middle managers are not at all good. There are different manufacturing groups in RLS API, Biosimilars, Plasma and Diagnostic testing. The work culture and environment depends on which group you work. Work load is more everywhere i n RLS. Out of the all Biosimilar group is good where worklife balance is maintain. Rest of the other manufacturing plant it's not maintain. Plasma is having the worst culture and environment there is lot of attrition level there. Other department like Quality (QA) , Stores, R&D, Regulatory are good to work. The notice period is of 3 months but you can leave in 1 month by paying 2 months basic salary. If you have PL more than 60 then it is adjusted to it. The plant manager and the Human Resources manager don't help an employee to relieve in a month. Employee has to complete 3 month notice p eriod and then only go. In notice period employee don't get paid that's too strange first it was for 3 month and now it is for 2 month. This is totally wrong....Read More
