...in. People resign after 2 to 3 months immediately whether experience or fresher. No public holidays, week off is given after 8 to 10 days of continous work days, salary package on paper is good but when it comes in hand it is about 60 to 65%. Safety is an issue as plasma plant is never shutdown for maintenance. So pharma a profit or life? Is a big question in reliance.

Beautiful campus, job security for other department except for production work.

Zero tolerance policy, no overtime payment, growth and salary is stagnant, no public holidays and festival holiday, week off comes after 8 to 9 days of continous working in shifts, medical insurance and other insurance are paid from our pocket hence salary package seen is good but in hand is less.

The worst management I have ever experienced..No food facilities,No planning of work, unplanned schedule of work. behavior of managers is very rude.. unfriendly atmosphere.
