You have to only work and there is no such compensation rather the higher management was horrible and worst, they only know how to fill there pockets not the base levels

Initially it was very exiting however after 2 years it was getting worse to worst, with no such increments and politics from seniors and oiling and buttering from others to them

Iam working in Direct marketing channels (loyalty channel ) Iam proving in a one year got a 3 promotions and get the dubai trips etc.. Iam happy with working in Reliance.

When I joined in Reliance life the manager told me when your package high in year you get the 50%of ctc incentive after financial year. I was Aggressively working in a year got the 3 promotions S. R.
