Nothing is likable things here.. higher management not maintain grooming standard as per HR policy but they told everyone to maintain grooming standard... Example u can see Mr Abhiram ( cluster manager ) and Ashwin ( Regional manager)... This people always favour to Udupi and Mangalore side people.. they do partiality

Third class management by RM Aswin and clustur abhiram.. they both are not suitable for jewels business.. they are suitable for below 300 rupees ticket size making companies.For gold they don't even suitable for 10 percent.
