I am working this company is very good culture.all Senior are very helpful to junior colleges.

Dislikes

Few employee are experienced and they are working at contract basis but company not permission on roll employee. But another site new are recruited on roll basis.

I joined there as a management trainee as i had theortical knowledge about finance field but as i stepped in there i got to learn new things i got to know what exactly practical knowledge of finance means i learned how screening and billing is done in their software how costing is processed how they interact with customer quries and complaints. The facilities provided by them were good like we need not carry any food i used get coupons and the dishes used to served. Some people have had habit of Back bitching Appraisal not in time and also very low than expected.
