The company is number 1 in the world. It is taking care of all employees w.r.t.health of employee and family, learning, family happiness, office safety, safety in workplace, payment of good salary, good working atmosphere etc.etc. Eventhough I am retired I still eager to serve in this organisation. Top managers are very good. Chairman is super person having lot of talent. Company's HR policy is excellent. I enjoyed 5 day week. Work balance is excellent. Company celebrate safety day, family day, environment day etc. I love this organisation. This company's products are good quality and famous in the world. It's R&D centre is having super special scientists. Company's internal and external transport facilities are marvelous. Freedom to choose innovative ideas is very good in this organisation.
