Toxic work culture in JWC . Wont advixe even my enemy to join. Management has zero skill in managing the team on a big event. They thing more the hand on the deck the better and for that they will make you work 12-14 hours a shift including nights for 2-3 months straight leading to the big event. Pathetic in case of Engineering team. The dictatorship of the HOD is horrendous. He will swear at you or may slap while team leads will merely glee at the view.
