The worst company in my career even HR and TL don't have any knowledge in this company they won't provide offer letter and they don't give any appraisal. I worked for more than 2yrs, in different projects the worst TL i have here is madhan also the hr shanmugam very worst

Even if you work hard for day and night this company is purely based on the upper and lower caste, you manage the most and give them highest revenue they will never recognize you , when you leave their company its for sure they will give their red flag in background verification, so that the employee should terminate you, once againyou will be hired by isource for a very low salary, a lady COO is there who will just consider you as slave , you can't learn anything special , huge politics in the floor, you can't leave this company because you will be given red flag when u reveal about your previous company. Worst company ever seen. No offer letter for 1 yr. No co ordination. Zero support. They create their own policies as and when required. Never even think of joining here.

All fake promises. You will never get any offer letter. And they will create their own policies when you plan to quit. Only word of mouth. Nothing will be given on papers. Zero support from HR. Never get salary on time. If you fight for your pay, they send negative feedback for any verification from your next company. Worst ever company.
