1. Safety Culture: Manufacturing sites have very strong industrial safety norms in place. 2. Good Job security. 3. Resources for learning & Development is a plus. 4. Salary on Time. 5. Township and medical facilities. 6. Cooperative Team members.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

1. Worklife Balance is poor - average due to extremely lean manpower. 2. Lot of documentation and bureaucracy. 3. Many overheads included in CTC resulting in lower in hand salary.

Reliance Industries Limited is a giant company, I have been working at reliance Industries full time more then 3 years, The scale of works at RIL is always the largest, I have learned so many things from this company like How to work together like a TEAM.
