HR and office politics is very high. Here HR have not any knowledge if you ask something question. Office is filled with buttering people, promotion/increment depends on buttering level.

Nothing to say for SOLAR MSKVY BEED PROJECT

Dislikes

Horrible solar project, now TEHASIL stop their work at beed ashti location. Internal lots of CLASHES , no inter department coordination. Every One ie Project, HSE, STORE,HR Having EGO, specially delhi lady lots of arrogance. I suggest don't join reliance at least solar project in Maharashtra. Corruption is more at beed location.
