Production manager Mr. Prerak Trivedi is main culprit & he has spoiled work culture making toxic work place. His intentions to create controversy & disputes has killed morale of employees. He targets particular persons not supporting his dirty politics & create trouble for them to survive. Site has suffered a lot due to his behaviour.
