Being one of the biggest refinery in India, they have world class equipment operation and maintenance standards which is followed rigorously. They prioritize safety over everything and every small world in plant is carried out follow strict SOP or SMP.

Work culture is quite toxic. The managers are quick to overburden you with responsibilities and tasks and even quicker to pin the blame in case anything goes wrong. There is always so much pressure to handle so kuch work load with less manpower. The management spends more time on meetings than on ground and if anything doesn't go inaccordance to their plan, they will pin all the blame on you regardless of how many jobs you are handling at the same time....Read More
