Production manager Mr. Prerak Trivedi is main culprit & he has spoiled work culture making toxic work place. His intentions to create controversy & disputes has killed morale of employees. Lack of clarity & over pressurising subordinates has created severe incidents. Few incidents are highlighted promptly as well as few are hidden by misguiding central investigation team.
