Good work environment and culture. But no incentives and career growth on this organization.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not enough as much as work.career growth was very slow. No extra incentives. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Reliance general insurance as a top most company itself gives a healthy and happy culture among employees which i like the most and gives more work satisfaction personally as i grew up a lot in these past 3&1/2yrs.

Dislikes

Poor team management and complete politics over personal likes and dislikes towards individual employees to head of the team. No proper recognition to employees hard work towards finishing team targets despite working for 12-15hrs/day.

No like now, as the managements great leader left the organisation and joined ICICI LOMBARD AFTER THAT a few LAGGARDS got this leadership opportunity and they demonstrated a dectatorship leadership model, they discriminate, developing blandish culture, commenting on feminine gender, disrespectful for women, specifically disgracing and passing ill mannered comment about great woman and proud for the nation Mrs. Aishwarya Rai. Salary - Average I have been working in this company since January 2022 but my salary still 22k only Promotion - Poor my opportunity was given to another person whose don't know about my product he is onroll as a deputy manager and I am still consultant.

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad

L2 Bosses behave like shit, has to work on Sundays too. Conference call at 9pm. Don't join very toxic environment. After Hinduja Deal this place has became hell hole.
