Flexible hours when it comes to timing though it may get late night.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, people say whatever you do by hook and crook get the business, but layer on they terminate from the job without paying the property full and final settlement they may hold your leave encashment. No job security no support from HR which is the worst part thy indentify your mistakes and won't correct them
