SM performance, 2023 to 2024 Store profit - every month YTD profit - 16 Lacs Attached. - 6.10% RCP - 03.2% But SM gating PIP by CM. if you are want discussed no one listening to you. HR also support to ops team never sit together regarding problem.

I am working as Dept. Manager in Reliance Digital at perumbakkam branch. Good place to work..But you need to grab knowledge and attention.

I had no objection with Reliance Digital as an organisation I had problem with my manager Mr. Shitabhra Basak to be particular. He doesn't possess the right attitude of a manager. He has excellent understanding about the business but in terms of people management he is a big zero. He is mean and self centric and doesn't know how to behave with his own employees.

If any Festival in Day.means the not provide holiday never and never only you are work that's it, you time is extra overtime work but they not provide extra money. I am not like this culture because I am also human
