I had no objection with Reliance Digital as an organisation I had problem with my manager Mr. Shitabhra Basak to be particular. He doesn't possess the right attitude of a manager. He has excellent understanding about the business but in terms of people management he is a big zero. He is mean and self centric and doesn't know how to behave with his own employees.

At that time I felt very bad, sir, I live here on rent and I don't have to come and go home every day. The manager's tone of voice is not good.
