I had given 2yrs to the organization but at the time of winding up the organization had not even think about the employee and their family members.More over we all who left the organization are still waiting of our F and F but no one listen in the company who listen our voice and sought out the issues.

In Reliance there was a lot of independence to convert your ideas into real action ....freedom given to the operation guy where they can change the process or policy with the frame work of your Coa ...to get the revenue growing ..
