I liked working in Reliance for >10 years. Observed too much politics in promotions and appraisal. I loved working with RCOM. I can't say how I felt sad after shutdown of services at that time only I came out if not I felt like am a permanent employ in RCOM. If not shut down I could have continued

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.
