No increments just to have more profit. Higher management are of very seniors 50+ and highly paid. Very less opportunity if you don't have any reference.

This company sucks. There is no culture. Every one has their own business targets which is un realistic. Every employe is concerned about their own and .

Doing nothing is better than joining here. I don't know how such a big company has such very low cultural and ethical values. Every one is concerned about their own job safety. And new joiners are treated like S***. There are no work hours and some suggest working late nights and on sundays. Slavery is glamorized. With un natural and un achievable targets.
