I was a FTE in RIL JAMNAGAR FOR 2 YRS. before my contract ended. I was hired in J3 project( for the name sake). Not being benefited from that project anyway. Exposure to new technology is very less, need to be used to their culture like govt. offices. Even higher management works like govt. employees. Crab structure. If you are capable to going higher with your talent you will be dragged down by your seniors. Fckin politics at very high level. For every fckin thing, you will under their ruling. Don't be on executive or junior position in RIL. BE AT MANAGERIAL POSITION atleast. They will get you realised that you are being harrassed and tortured mentally. Very boring and not at all satisfactory. Specially not in IT. NEVER join in IT in RIL JAMNAGAR. Prefer going to RCP Mumbai.
