1. Very Bad Work Culture. 2. Very Toxic Environment. 3. No Promotion. 4. Attendance System is very bad. 5. You can't leave the office before completing 9 hours. 6. Attendance system is very bad. 7. If due to some emergency you need to go out of Bangalore then you can't work. You will be marked Absent. 8. HRs are very bad. They never respond to your messages. 9. Very poor management

No work ethics, higher management shouts at employees on the floor, Manager don't foster a culture of effective feedback sharing. No one is bothered about people first approach, no one cares about employees voice. Careless management, no skip level meeting are being conducted.
