I highly recommend not to join this 3rd class Organization, especially the HR department of Reliable Spaces. This Department is So worst as There are 2 Snakes are sited to Spoil the Name of this Organization 1. Sr. Manager Imran Pewekar and 2. DM Kavita Sharma (Most Undeserving Lady) These 2 people are abusing the HR's and also they do a lot of harassment. Imran Pewekar - 43 years old Man first he hires good looking girls and then he tries on them if the girl is not ready then he will abuse the girl and make her out of the organization. He is not allowing even Lunch break also for anyone. He is insulting his team members in front of the candidates and also in front of Anyone. (Because of him and his shouting nature No candidates are coming for joining even after getting offers ) He uses typical abusive words for even girls . He is Mentally Disabled . Kavita Sharma - This cheap lady is not deserving a position of a HR recruiter also, No body will hire her to work even in consultancy, still here She is DM ( whole ek hath se do aur ek hath se lo wala matter ) , This lady Is with 0% of knowledge of recruitment She doesn't Even know English ka E . Still she rejects candidates by saying No comms it's so funny, She treats Her team like Servants of her home , She will create Unwanted Drama's and she will give you Typical Bad words in front of anyone . No HR's are working here more then 3 months because of This Two Snakes . In the whole Market of BPO companies all the HR's & Mangers Are Splitting on their faces . Very very very Serious thing MD's And HOD need to Look into it .
