after hard work, there are no growth in our field,i worked six year and appraisal marks get as per promotion policy but no any single step upward by company. i worked at plant level but appraisal given by head office which was less than plant level employees at same level.

i have done work at two plants, work at first plant was enjoyfull & stressfull at second. in both plants lots of difference found
