Companies have not having any goal as they are switching their technologies from .Net to java and other anytime according to the projects. Managers are suspended by the management. I dont find any liable person there. Never sugeest anyone and also no increment given even after 1.9 years

Dislikes

No increment as they dont have any policies. No technical Manager or director to manage company. Near future only may be call center will be left. They outsource their project and take candidate to handle outsource companies.

Work Details

I am software engineer there and handing the projects given to clients. Development will done only very small modules or small project are there like 3 - 4 pages.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

You will get paid sal. of approximate 9 Lacs PA just for watching CCTV camera and doing administration work of seeing who drinks how much coffee and Tea with the designation of Quality Manager.

Dislikes

Everthing. Worst CEO, Direction less and Unqualified Project Manager and Quality Manger playing Politics and interfering in other functions not relevant to them.Not ready to take responsibilities of their work. PM likes working in isolation rather than in team. Quality Manager likes doing administration job more than Quality Manager job. Escalation mails to CEO are conveniently ignored.

Work Details

Worst Experience working with no work life balance. No trail of eligible comp offs kept. Also, the deduction of Leaves is at the will of Administration. Not allowed to take comp offs when needed neither are they en-cashed or carry forwarded.

don't join this company, hr manager is very rude, no one asking and understand the problem, seniors are not concern with only politics and keeping their ego while work, no one care about honesty, hardwork.

Dont join the company under any circumstances even if you dont have a job. They sweet talk for luring you into the job and once your are hired all the benefits they talked about during appointment will appear to be fake

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
