We can tell lot regarding dislikes. 1.) They will recruit you simply by giving false promises. 2.) No salary increment. 3.) They will humiliate to the core 4.) Lots of discrimination. 5.) No respect. 6.) They give priority only to writers not to other department people. Etc etc etc etc.

Work pressure is more compared to salary. Company culture is discriminative. Not given equal value to different region employee. Rude behaviour towards them. Not given equal remuneration which is promised to give and then firing employees to save their expenses.
